Technical support

 Powersim Software offers different levels of support. The on-line help system supplied with the products offers the first starting point for solving a given problem. If you experience problems that you cannot solve using the information found in the help system, our support team is ready to help you out.

How to get help

You can submit your technical support request through our on-line support form. Customers who have signed a Support and Upgrade Agreement with Powersim Software, are also entitled to free telephone support during ordinary office hours. You will find contact information in the signed agreement.

If you have non-technical questions, you are welcome to contact our consultants directly.
