Updates and fixes in Service Release 6

• Introduced a new property to control the automatic scale of value axes in the Time Graph and Chart controls.
• Introduced error reporting for the VBScript function (VBFUNCTION). The problematic code is now selected in the definition text, and a detailed problem descrition is displayed.
• VBFUNCTION now handles more result types, in particular the decimal type used by many database systems.
• The new Visit command on the Bookmark symbol makes it easier to test how hyperlinks to the bookmark will act.
• Fixed problem that caused reservoirs to become NaN too easily.
• Fixed issue regarding error handling for the IF (and similar) functions.
• Fixed problem with reference data not displayed correctly when start time of the reference data is different from the simulation's start time.
